JOB DESCRIPTION

Time & Attendance:

Maintain and manage timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, overtime, and leave.

Track and monitor employee attendance, including clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks, and overtime.

Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.

Verify and validate time records, addressing any inconsistencies or errors.

Implement and enforce time and attendance policies.

Optimization of T&A processes to reduce cycle time and manual entry

Partners with HR IT to integrate new systems and apply compliance changes

Provide time & attendance/wage & hour subject matter expertise of an area in question to resolve an employee issue\

Ensure time & attendance is recorded in accordance with the national CLA and second level agreements in place.

  1. Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all records inserted in T&A processes comply with the labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.

Ensure the timesheet is accurately & on time process, to ensure payroll accuracy

Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll and timekeeping.

Generate and distribute regular attendance reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and areas for improvement.

Analyze attendance data to identify patterns, such as absenteeism or punctuality issues, and provide actionable insights.

  1. Employee Support:

Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, and leave policies.

Maintain confidentiality of employee records and timesheet information.

Key skills and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and/or T&A management, EMEA preferably

Knowledge labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in EMEA

Proficiency in payroll software and timekeeping systems

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills English.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Conflict resolution skills
