As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play acritical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement qualitycontrol processes and procedures. With your strong attention to detail andexpertise in quality engineering, you will drive continuous improvement andensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will reportdirectly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our CiudadJuarez MX2M location.
This position has the responsibility and authority toparticipating in the development, documentation, maintenance, and improvementof the Corrective Action Preventive Action process, Customer Complaints. Must ensure continued compliance to associatedregulations, standards, and corporate policies. In addition, provide support tothe internal and external auditing programs. Support elements will includehosting, audit response submissions; timely closure of initiated CAPAsassociated to internal or external audit findings; and Quality KPI Reporting.
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Actively participate in the definition, structuring and development of the QMS
Assure the correct control of MRB area
Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
Maintain the compliance of the QMS, including CAPA, Internal Audits, Documents control, Deviations, ECNs, Continuous Improvement, Management Review and KPIs processes.
Acting as a subject matter expert for the Quality Management System.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality systems engineering in Electronic Industry
Strong knowledge of SMT process, and post-SMT processes for electronic products
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Experience with statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques
ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor certification
Knowledge of IPC A 610, J STD 001, and EDS ANSI S20.20
Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
Ability to use ERP system

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
Knowledge of product certification requirements as UL, CCC, etc.
Experience in high mix-low volume electronic environment Knowledge of SAP
