KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with all team members to certify PPE products (starting with gloves), according to different standards and regulations.
- Maintain good relationships with notified bodies.
- Maintain a good tracking system to not miss any certification expiry date.
- Follow the evolution of standards and regulations.
- Ensure that all projects are in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Be zealous in all projects and tasks.
YOUMUST HAVE:
- 6+ years' experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating yourunderstanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
- Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industrybest practices.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project ManagementProfessional), to effectively lead quality improvement projects andinitiatives.
- Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma BlackBelt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer(CRE).
- Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Designof Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and StatisticalProcess Control (SPC).
- Proficiency in change management methodologies to effectively lead teamsthrough quality transformation and process improvements.
