We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Operations, to partner with Finance and Operations teams and leaders to support the orchestration and consolidation of regular reporting. You would also lead the close, forecast, FTE (full time employee) headcount reporting, HC (headcount) pipeline / PCN (position control number) management, and annual planning requirements, as well as support a living LRP (long-range plan) consistently managed across teams.
Additionally, you will have a role in partnering across the organization with Procurement on vendor optimization efforts, ensuring we properly assess these opportunities across the COO and broader teams. In this position, you will be a motivated and agile system thinker, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and navigating ambiguity and complexity.

Proven data and financial modeling capabilities, scenario analysis and ability to work with financial systems.
Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way and deliver executive level communication.
Self-starter with an ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, exhibit attention to detail, quickly prioritize for impact and the resourcefulness to deliver data driven insights.
Interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills, along with a high-level of integrity.
Ability to influence and impact without authority, operate in ambiguity, and solve difficult problems, combined with the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
