Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
• 4+ year Revenue Planning and/or Consulting experience
• 4+ years Financial analysis experience

• Corporate communication & presentation skills
• Experience in developing complex financial models and scenario analysis, excellent quantitative analysis skills
• Ability to influence and impact without authority, operate in ambiguity, and solve difficult problems, combined with the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and matrixed environment
• Interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills. Ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrix environment
• Proficient technical skills (Excel/Power BI and SQL)

• Business and Finance Partnership : Provide strategic leadership to top Engineering and Finance leaders to drive operating leverage through resource allocation and investment optimization by giving visibility to the current resource landscape, analyzing macro-level results, and applying systems thinking to identify and recommend levers to influence decision-making.

• Business Health: Drive process excellence while partnering across Engineering and Finance to continuously assess the overall health of the business and understand key drivers to identify opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs.
