• Follow up onAfter-Sales and Pre-Sales activities of contactcenterand sales supportagentsina Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)environment

• Gather and deliver feedback to management from customers and sales- and order management agents,in order tofurther improve ourservice

• Control thequalityof service and correctness of information provided to our customers, deal with potential customer escalationsand supervisethe customer-oriented focus of our contactcenter

• Drive continuous improvement activities and change managementthrough optimization of processesand ways of workingof various

• Analyse available data(e.g.,chat sales conversion data, return reasons, escalations,goodwilland refund analysis)and based on theinsights,developsuccess strategies for the D2C Sales and Customer followup

• Be the first point of contactfor potentialescalations

• Provide insight to and manage the empowerment of our contactcenterteamto ensure that escalations are handled ina consistent

You will

• experience in an after-sales or acustomer-facing role

• Strongcustomermanagement and excellent communication skills

• Passion for dataandproficiencyin MS Excel, other data analysis softwarearea plus

• Experience in working in pan European Team

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and explore newchallenges

• Ability to think outside ofthebox and look for new, innovativesolutions

• Proficiencyin English, other European languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish)
