Service Account Support Specialistwho willin our extensive range of processes and applications to support our service network

, who own and drive the support, service levels, and product quality activities with our retail partners,

Within the Repair Operations team, you will provide ourprocess & application support on issuesthey have with the Sony Support platform and policies. You will also, and eventually,guide new partners and new process and system implementations- from contract to roll-out. You will work in a process and flow management and implementation perspective, looking after the Sony system platform and ourService Network operations.

Your keyresponsibilities:

General Process & System Support

Will act as the main contact person for key users whosystem issues or who are faced with questionsprocesses in place.

Change Process Support

Shall clearly communicate updated specifications, and new ways of working to ensure the agreed processes are diligently followed up. Will coordinate and perform training sessions to ensure all internal and external partners are properly informedany system changestheir daily operations.

Integration Testing & Support

coordinate & conduct testing and sign-off of new processes & systems to our existing partners; orto newly contracted

Give feedback if any issues areduring testing and ensure adaptations are communicated andthe implementation progress andinform constraints or delays when necessary.

Business Requirements Creation

Collect new business requirements through workshops;and document key user input. Translate,requirements, keeping a great balance between business needs and available resources.

Process Documentation

Will produce documentation and training material for new processes andand update existing documentation, thus ensuring the agreed processes are properly implemented, widelyand followed up.

Research data with the purpose of understanding and making conclusions for decision-making purposes.

You will:

  • Assess service flows, analyze where they can run more efficiently and implement changeprograms

  • Support the overall change management within our European service network.

  • Launchnew programs, change existingprogramsor fade outprograms

  • On-board newauthorisedservice partners by configuring their profiles, authorizations, andremunerationschemes in our system platform. Next, support updates to these when changes apply.

  • Assure any change in anauthorisedservicecentre’saccount profile is reflected in an amendment of theircontract

  • Ensure all process documentationremainsup todate

  • Support servicecentreswith their technical data interfacing to Sony

You will bring:

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian languages

  • Mature MS Office knowledge and excellent Excel skills

  • Training, Planning, Presentation and Analytics skills

  • Clear and Effective Communication style

  • Documentation,policyand process creation experience

  • Comfortable understanding of contractual documents

  • Consumer electronics Service process & Product knowledge is aplus

  • Job satisfaction by working extensively in an applicationenvironment

  • Feeling comfortable working in a remote team structure is an absolute must. (You will be based in our Budapest officehowever,your direct team membersoperatefrom offices spread over Europe.)
