A professional who has a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements, and is able to articulate, communicate and convey these to the inbound team

• Collaborate closely with the product manager to understand and refine the product roadmap, features and changes in product requirements (Jira Initiatives and Epics).
• Translate the roadmap into manageable product backlog (Jira Epics and Stories) while collaborating with product management, UX design, architecture and development, solution teams, and customers. This includes prioritizing the backlog and support the release planning and monthly planning exercises.
• Work with R&D to request estimations for Epics and Stories.
• Review, approve and specify all product improvement suggestions raised by internal and external stakeholders
• Document and approve developed Epics and Stories
• Present product capabilities and planned enhancements to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / MBA.
• Be business oriented and able to represent the customer needs.
• Experienced in functionality/specs definition, architecture and design.
• Ability to facilitate scope changes and prioritization.
• Experience in agile methodologies is appreciated.
• Proficient in BU development/customization projects.
• Matrix-management, good negotiation and communication skills.

• Engage with internal and external customers on a broad level to deliver marketing messages and supports lead initiation and sales efforts.
