YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Technical Engineering Lead for our team in Sofia to work on exciting global topics projects. In this role, you will:

• Gain valuable insights into critical Business Processes while engaging directly with our large customer base.
• Manage and prioritize the scrum team backlog.
• Align product requirements with internal stakeholders and Product Managers to define priority for the scrum team.
• Plan, execute, and review development releases and sprints in coordination with the Scrum master and team Development Architect.
• General coordination of Development and Dev-Ops issues in scrum meetings.
• Define comprehensive user stories and realize them together with the development team.
• Close collaboration with other international development teams that consume our services.
• Drive and Participate in Feasibility checks, Code Reviews, Effort estimation and Technical alignments in close coordination with the team Development Architect.
• Support Product Management in driving product vision, defining roadmaps, and turning customer insights and feedback into actionable strategies and priorities.
• Ensure that the scrum team’s backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and show what the scrum team will work on next to ensure supply-demand match in collaboration with the Development Manager.

YOUR PROFILE

If you are self-driven and flexible, you are a perfect fit for our team. Further role requirements are:

• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Lead or Software Architecture
• At least 5 years of professional Software Development experience in TyepScript (Node.js) or Java
• Knowledge in cloud-based development (using SAP Business Technology Platform, Kyma, Java, TypeScript/ Node.js, SAP Integration Suite, AWS or Azure) is an advantage
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
• Good leadership, presentation and communication skills, ability to work with people with diverse backgrounds in an extraordinary international environment
• Results-driven, with an extreme drive for execution
• Good English language skills (written and verbal)
