Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or similar areas
  • 12+ years of experience of Business Transformation and/or Digital Transformation work in the International Development, Government, Education, Human Services or Health Sectors.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Prior experience in consultative sales, digital advisory, strategy consulting and/or large complex digital transformation engagements will be a plus.
Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession

  • Accelerate customer relevance and satisfaction, by driving executive engagements with key business decision makers and C-Level executives focused on the core strategic priorities of their organizations and making AI & Cloud Technologies a fundamental piece of their strategies.
  • Deliver business growth through leading and empowering a multi-disciplinary Account Team, partnering with Solution Specialists , Customer Success resources and the broader One Microsoft Team.
  • Lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to achieve customer business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle based on strategic account planning.
  • Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.
  • Lead partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.
