Key Responsibilities
As a member in our Payroll Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the payroll function for our clients. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant regulations, and excellent client service.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and verify payroll data, including employee hours, deductions, and benefits.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Support the implementation of payroll software and tools to streamline processes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in payroll services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with payroll software is a plus.
