To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Manager who will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

• Provision of quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities in the Energy and Utilities sector;

• Identification of the economical value of companies, business units, industrial projects and intangible assets;

• Financial modeling, forecasting and valuation in the Energy and Utilities sector and/or in Renewables;

• Development, maintenance and updating of economic-financial plans and models to support transactions, in the context of purchase/sale transactions

• Contribute to the analysis, structuring and implementation of extraordinary and M&A operations with regards to all elements of a financing nature;

• Drafting of documentation such as company profiles, pitches, teasers, information memorandum; presentations and legal agreements;

• Database and data room management;

• Preparation of the information set to support transactions;

Candidate profile

• Proven working experience track record of at least 4-6 years in Financial boutiques, Investment Funds, Corporate Finance roles;

• Focus and experience in the Energy and Utilities sector and/or in Renewables will be considered a preferential requirement in the selection process;

• Master Degree in Economics or Engineering;

• Robust analytical skills;

• Strong financial modeling, valuation and presentation skills;

• Ability to understand and anticipate customer expectations, proactivity in problem solving;

• Full unknowledge of Excel and PowerPoint tools;
