Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

- Socialize and communicate key narratives to critical stakeholders across the enterprise, including executives and other senior leaders.

- Help develop marketing strategies intended to achieve operational and financial results using all marketing channels including digital.

- Work with team to help manage overall inventory of analytic data signals and other decision intelligence, including prioritization of and requirements for new development.

- Develop requirements for new reporting capabilities across the team and help project manage execution of canned and self-serve solutions that support overall and audience-related Marketing outcomes.

- Monitor client needs and competitive market place, and provides ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of offered products and services.

- Lead highly complex and visible projects with notable risk and complexity while Managing deliverables for the team against expected results, and work horizontally across teams and stakeholders to ingest and incorporate differing points of view and requirements.

- Make leadership decisions within established policies, procedures, and established objectives.

- Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline; sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process

- Consumer/Commercial/Corporate/Wealth banking product and/or segment marketing experience

- Sophisticated understanding of clients through interpretation and user research and analytics

- Strong relationship building skills resulting in the ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective

- Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry

- Strong presentation skills and communication skills


- MBA or Master’s degree in related field

- Fifteen years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience


Up to 25 lbs.Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
