Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with Taiwan domestic businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a business related field.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and achieving goals to drive growth.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
- Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
