Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with Taiwan domestic businesses.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in a business related field.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
Experience in managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and achieving goals to drive growth.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
