• Responsible for Beauty

• planningand other planning activities.

• monitorimplementation of those actions to drive the delivery of the business and financial plans

• Responsible for financials analysis/input into the monthly/quarterly performance review decks (MPR/QPR)

• Lead infrastructure (A&P, OFSE, FP&A, HK/TW)

• nsure financially sound decision making byparticipating

• Sellexproductivity continuously and enhance the effectiveness ofSellexspending management system.

• annual budgeting process, lead budget headcount & cost spending discussions with different business functions in charge, perform budget spending control and ensure budget funding happens according to plan.

• Drive business case analysis for growth initiatives, business case modelling on key portfolio decisions, and support in financing solutions.

• logistics, marketing, sales, operation team, HR, tofacilitatedaily operation.

• Cooperate with Accounting team to ensure the booking timeliness and accuracy.

• Ensure a strong and efficient internal control systeminplace.

• Other ad hoc support to business/market

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor or Master’degree in Finance and orAccountingorientated study

• Rounded financial experiencesay8 years+ working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting & Internal Control

• Strong Convincing communication skills

• capacityto digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.

• Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship

• objectivesto resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

• Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure

• Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge

• Good communicationskills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
