Job Description

  • Drive EF productivity continuously and enhance the effectiveness of EF spending management system.
  • Participate annual budgeting process, lead budget headcount & cost spending discussions with related EF/different business functions in charge; perform budget spending control and ensure budget funding happens according to plan.
  • Month end closing activity, partner with share service accounting operation teams to ensure monthly EF spending has been properly accounted via actual bookings & spending accruals. Cooperate with accounting team to ensure the booking timeliness and accuracy.
  • EF department cost/daily transactional management: Purchase Order (PO) review and approval; headcount discussion & review with functional leaders; other market spending discussion & reviews with related function heads.
  • Monthly by department cost spending review & comments submission to global team for GC cost/recovery delta vs AOP.
  • Investment board activity coordination & actual business spending control/review.
  • Ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated study
  • Rounded financial experience 5+ years working experience, including solid basis and experience in FP&A, FBP.
  • Strong Convincing communication skills
  • Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.
  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
  • Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written
