Finance BP, GCR PH FP&A and OFSE
You are responsible for
- Support GCR FP&A lead to share the financial performance of PH and ensure all the financial package is delivered with high quality and insight.
 - Analyzes and reports on Region level performance by means of: Monthly performance, Annual Budget, Quarterly forecast, Strategic Review, cost control, Target Setting etc.
 - Support Finance Business Partner to ensures correct and timely Philips, statutory and fiscal reporting
 - Support Finance Business Partner to ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place in Region
 - Support Finance Business Partner to coordinate operational planning process and performance management and drives for the delivery of the committed results
 - Supports Finance Business Partner to execute divestments / investments and M&A transactions in the country/Region, including disentanglement / integration
 - Support Finance Business Partner to identify, address and track of business issues
 - Cross function coordination with accounting GBS, global FP&A team, local logistic, sales, operation team, to facilitate daily operation.
 - Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of his/her relevant stakeholders.
 - Participates in various x-Sector/Region Finance improvement projects, often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
 - Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in cooperation with Legal & HR.
 
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated study
 - Rounded financial experience say 4-5 years working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting & FP&A
 - Strong Convincing communication skills
 - Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.
 - Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
 - Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
 - Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
 - Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge
 - Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
