Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their modernization needs.
  • Lead the delivery of modernization projects, ensuring they align with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, effectively managing resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or challenges. • Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on modernization strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest technological trends and advancements, providing insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Role Essentials
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology, with a focus on modernization projects.
  • Proven project management experience, lead successful project implementations.
  • Strong understanding of modernization technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
