Key Responsibilities
Regular analysis and reporting
Create and share reports that are related to any business figure such as Net sales, Sellout, and Planning (Forecasting and Actual Order)by week, month, quarter, and year with adding qualitative, and quantitative insights for future planning.
Act as a data expert for Brand adidas teams, provide regular reporting and analysis as well as contributing to ad-hoc analyses and projects.
Build and leverage existing internal tools and reports to run analysis.
Collaborate with Japan BU and P&I Master Data team to optimize the attributes utilized for analytics.
Process Management/Project Management
Manage business review process for Monthly business review and Seasonal planning.
Manage the process for brand driven projects to be completed successfully with sharing data, assumption, and direction.
Work with Japan Business Unit, Assortment Planning, Channels, Brand Activation, Supply Chain, Finance teams to drive seasonal strategies and priorities and drive operational excellence while validating.
Market Insights development
Proactively collect market intelligence, industry trend and competitor news and consumer feedback, by collaborating with Business Development and Digital Analytics team.
Consolidate and analyze the insights and convert them into tangible actions for Brand team to execute from product and activation perspective.

Requisite Education / Qualifications:
University (Bachelor) degree in the field of Business ideally in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent professional experience
Approx. 3-5 years in sporting goods or related industry
Advanced PC Skill (MS Access/ Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Power BI)
