What you'll do
- Manage HR operations across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg throughout the employee life cycle.- Oversee onboarding, administrative processes, contractual changes, benefits, and termination cases.
- Promote standard intake channels for People & Culture interactions and support local HR communications.
- Partner with local and global P&C functions (HR Director, HRBPs, CoEs) on issue resolution, Post Merger Integration, and service improvements.- Build strong relationships with HR functions, vendors, and governmental institutions to ensure efficient, compliant processes.
What you bring
- 2+ years in a similar HR role, preferably in a shared service environment.
- Analytical with attention to detail and a quality-driven approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to continuous change.
- Self-motivated, able to execute initiatives independently.
- Knowledge of Belgium labor law and experience with Works Council is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a multinational, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
