Job Description

Main activities

  • Developing HR communication and updating our HR Hub.

  • Bridging the gap between the HR team and our Talent Acquisition team (update our GTA Sharepoint, gather feedback…).

  • Collaborating with HR professionals to implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and applicable employment laws. Working with our payroll provider to update our processes.

  • Assisting in HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR reports (DTPs…).

  • Supporting HR professionals in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, assisting with record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a four (4) year college, or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus).

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is a plus.
