Job Description
Main activities
Developing HR communication and updating our HR Hub.
Bridging the gap between the HR team and our Talent Acquisition team (update our GTA Sharepoint, gather feedback…).
Collaborating with HR professionals to implement and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and applicable employment laws. Working with our payroll provider to update our processes.
Assisting in HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR reports (DTPs…).
Supporting HR professionals in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, assisting with record-keeping, documentation, and reporting.
Your profile
Currently enrolled in a four (4) year college, or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is a plus.
