Qualifications
10+ years of strong Technical Program Management experience, leading multiple medium-large sized programs, simultaneously, in a platform organization.
Experience with software development lifecycles and a focus on building high-quality software.
Deep understanding of AI technologies and demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs using Kanban, Agile, and Scrum development methodologies.
Experience tracking and improving operational metrics such as scale, incident reduction, quality, velocity.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills with proven creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to connect the dots across various programs to simplify the ‘why/what/how’
Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences including goals of program and other relevant success criteria
Highly capable in stakeholder management and strong capability to build strong relationships
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
