Continuous Improvement Lead
Job DescriptionYou will collaborate closely with Customer Solutions management as the Sleep & Respiratory Care Continuous Improvement Lead, to set the organization's goals and objectives for continuous improvement.
Your role:
- Utilizing Philips Branded LEAN Training materials to train the Customer Solutions and Support Organization, while providing mentoring and coaching to associates on Lean principles and practices. In conjunction, leading Kaizen and problem-solving events to drive effective solutions to solve problems.
- Ensuring open communication throughout the organization by keeping management informed of project status and ensuring the coordination of Lean activities. Attending weekly meetings, while organizing, planning, reviewing and providing status of all managed projects.
- Creating metrics, deployment goals, and objectives to drive accountability throughout the organization.
- Lead the implementation of Lean programs from inception to completion, while providing input and feedback to Customer Solutions Leadership teams related to process improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining current knowledge of lean performance principles and practices, while keeping the organization informed. Modeling operational excellence, demonstrating exceptional change and managing behaviors.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in customer service and have a Lean certification or have 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement.
- Your skills include expert knowledge in Lean methodologies and practices within a customer service and/or support environment. Prior continuous improvement experience is highly desired.
- You have an associate or bachelor’s degree.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and you have the ability to work positively and effectively across multiple teams.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $57,000 to $97,000.
