Your role:
Design, develop, and implement the LEAN improvement roadmap supporting business transformation into managed services, from quote to installation and cash collection, aligning with strategic priorities.
Utilize LEAN and Six Sigma tools, Continuous Improvement methodologies, and Kaizen events to enhance Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
Drive structured problem-solving initiatives, ensuring sustainable execution and measurable impact.
Assess key business metrics from a “Site Leader’s” perspective, collaborating with management and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Develop Value Stream Maps to support world-class LEAN implementation and expertise development, leading Kaizen events as needed.
You're the right fit if:
You have 8+ years of experience deploying, training, and coaching LEAN and Continuous Improvement across large cross-functional organizations, with experience leading business transformation initiatives, ideally shifting from perpetual to recurring service models.
Your skills include expert-level process mapping, data analysis, data structuring, and data visualization. Certification as a LEAN Practitioner or Expert is preferred, along with a strong track record in structured problem-solving, daily management, and transformational initiatives.
You have experience in medical technology (MedTech) or hospital environments, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
You excel at stakeholder management and can effectively engage with teams from end-users to C-suite executives. You thrive in fluid environments and are performance-driven, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and possess strong listening skills. Your ability to simplify complex processes and drive alignment makes you a valuable leader in transformation efforts.

The pay range for this position in (MA) is $148,960 to $255,360
