Develop and deliver customized, engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor demos accordingly.
Build and maintain demo environments, ensuring they accurately reflect real-world use cases.
Work with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features and incorporate them into demo presentations.
Support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives by configuring solutions to meet customer needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance during sales presentations and client meetings.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve demo strategies.
Train internal teams on demo best practices and new product capabilities.
Ensure demo assets are up-to-date, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Assist in the development of demo scripts, video walkthroughs, and sales collateral.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, demo consulting, or a similar role. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
Experience with demo platforms, CRM, and sales enablement tools.
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to translate technical features into business value for different audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to customer needs.
Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Ability and proven experience interfacing with all levels of management.
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
