Key Responsibilities:Evolve the Demo Strategy:
- Drive innovation in how demos are created and delivered, transitioning from traditional scripted presentations to highly personalized, automated, and AI-enhanced experiences that engage customers on a deeper level and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Partner closely with the Demo Technology team to ensure technical feasibility of all strategy approaches and evolve how we inform the roadmap of demo tools to help shape overall Demo Strategy.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to leverage emerging technologies that make demos more interactive, dynamic, and tailored to customer needs while streamlining the demo creation process for Solution Engineers.
- Pioneer AI and Automation in Demos:
- Act as a thought leader in demo transformation, identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automation into demo environments.
- Define the strategy for AI-driven demo automation by leveraging Agentforce and other intelligent technologies to enhance personalization and reduce the time-to-create for SEs.
- Drive the integration of AI-powered analytics and insights into the demo experience, enabling sales teams to track engagement, measure effectiveness, and optimize demo strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Solutions, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on demo needs and strategies.
- Provide insights into how demo programs impact the sales cycle and overall business performance.
- Work closely with Solution Engineers and Solution Engineering Leaders to ensure demos are optimized for each industry and sales motion (apps vs consumption).
- Operational Excellence & Execution:
- Establish best practices, processes, and workflows to ensure high-quality, consistent, and scalable delivery of demos across regions.
- Drive continuous improvements in demo operations, including scalability, performance optimization, and resource management.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to track demo performance, ensuring measurable value and business impact.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, or related fields.
- Strong technical background with expertise in demo infrastructure, platforms, and cloud-based technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven technologies, including Agentforce, and direct experience incorporating these technologies into the demo process.
- Visionary & Innovative:
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on future-proofing demo strategies through innovation and technology adoption.
- Ability to understand broad market landscapes (internal and external to Salesforce) and translate that into actionable steps to ensure that we are at the cutting edge of demos, defining the industry standard.
- A track record of driving transformative initiatives in a highly dynamic environment and competitive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to drive innovation and improve demo effectiveness.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Posting Statement
Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $276,100. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $276,100. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $253,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
