About the Role

In this role you will lead our Inside Sales team (outbound & inbound) in the Netherlands with both short-term and long-term market goals, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You’ll work closely with your sales team, the onboarding team, and account management.

You’ll specialize in people management, building a best-in-class local sales operations model and you’ll partner with leadership in setting a sales strategy whilst achieving sales targets. Next to that, you’ll re-invent and improve processes that will create efficiencies and improve the overall sales business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives supporting our market
  • Monitor, evaluate, develop and empower your team by observing sales behavior to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your sales representatives and cross-functional partners (Sales Operations, Onboarding & Account management)
  • Manage the collective sales campaigns needed to achieve our overall country-wide inside sales targets
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture whilst motivating and empowering your sales representatives to achieve that next step in their professional development
  • Be an owner of all topics related to Inside sales; outbound sales and inbound sales
  • Help coach, develop and train sales reps in order to maximize productivity across the group. Do this for outreach calling, pitching and F2F BDR meetings

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience of B2B sales at a comparable company, achieving top-of-the-bill results
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high volume, quick sales cycles
  • Extraordinary listening and communication skills, both verbally and written. You are able to adjust your communication style to a wide variety of audiences
  • Clear know-how of end to end sales cycle management, pipeline management, pitching, negotiation tactics, lead generation, & outbound prospecting
  • Relentlessly target- driven and self-motivated
  • A people person, you love talking to people and getting colleagues & prospects enthusiastic
  • You are comfortable at managing your own time and have clear prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of how to use Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
