About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking aYou will be responsible for highly sophisticated data visualization and reporting. To be successful, you will need to bring an end-to-end analytical toolkit that includes extracting data from the Teradata warehouse with SQL; creating data visualizations with Tableau/Power BI; validating and refining findings by partnering with subject matter experts that are in a matrixed organization; creating all required control documentation; and finally completing peer review functional testing.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the design, development, implementation, and management of business intelligence and reporting solutions
• Ensure reporting processes and solutions are designed and created according to business requirements and published processes and procedures
• Complete risk-mitigating activities including code testing, peer review, consolidation of similar recurring processes and reports, and best-in-class documentation (i.e. BRDs, FSDs) that is structured for consistency and is easy to understand by multiple levels of reviewers, partners, and regulatory agents
• Work in partnership with other senior members of the team to drive change and mentor/develop other team members that have diverse skillsets and backgrounds. Be proficient in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders ​
• Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
• Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
• Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of BI (Tableau or Power BI or SAS) development experience
• 3+ years of Teradata warehouse experience with SQL

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Development tools (JIRA and Github)
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience with functional testing of large complex data sets
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of data visualizations (Prefer Power BI)
• Experience in transforming complex data and analyses into easily digestible and visually accessible dashboards and reports
• Experience documenting non-technical business requirements and translating into technical rules
• Experience in developing and delivering regulatory reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand risks andintegration/interdependencyof risks
• Demonstrated success in building consensus among stakeholders and navigating obstacles to achieve shared goals.
