Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Organizational Development & Learning Strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Design and oversee the Career Framework to ensure clear career pathways, succession planning, and employee growth.

  • Lead the Performance Management process, including driving feedback & upward feedback culture.

  • Create and execute Leadership Development programs to cultivate high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership roles.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage the HR development budget and resources, ensuring cost-effective delivery of programs and initiatives.

Attributes to thrive in the role

  • Experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing successful programs & initiatives

  • Experience in international company would be considered as an advantage

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Fluent in Lithuanian & English
