Your key responsibilities

  • Overall accountability for operational HR processes – e.g. employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, HR system administration etc.
  • Identify continuous process improvement opportunities across the HR team to work more efficiently and/or further leverage HR Services.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to improve HR processes.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ownership for implementation HR projects/ initiatives related HR operations.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient and effective execution of HR initiatives.

Attributes to thrive in the role

  • Relevant experience in HR operations, HR project management, organizational effectiveness or a similar function required.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, HR measurement and process improvement.
  • Similar experience in large international organizations would be an advantage.
  • Excellent ownership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedand dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian & English.
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian labor laws, and regulations.
