You’ll be based on site and will travel to other operational sites in your country, and potentially internationally, several times a month. As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll work with remote and on-site colleagues to support them with any issues. You’ll use your expertise to make sure our platforms are working at their best, often implementing projects to maintain or improve our IT infrastructure. In some cases, you may also help design the infrastructure for new buildings and make sure everything is working for the site launch.
Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1900 gross per month. The salary depends on the skills and requirements. There will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the US. - A degree in computer science or another technical subject
- Relevant experience as an administrator of heterogeneous networks, with Microsoft Windows and Linux-based clients and servers
- Relevant experience with networking infrastructure, system integration and working with third-party vendors
- A valid driving licence
- Upper intermediate proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
