• Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage high severity requests by collaborating with different teams to mitigate risks to metrics, customer experience and associate experience

- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets
- 2+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience
