Your key responsibilities

Depending on your level of seniority, your role will involve conducting and coordinating due diligence, preparing and negotiating a comprehensive range of transaction and corporate documents as well as providing comprehensive legal advice.

We are now looking for people with a law degree who:

• are recent graduates or have up to three years of relevant experience in transaction law (such experience may include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and managing projects)
• are fluent in both Finnish and English
• take pride in delivering high-quality work and possess strong attention to detail
• enjoy the challenge of working on complex issues as part of a highly skilled team
• have a genuine interest in the business landscape
