HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Support Legal Counsels: Provide administrative and research support to legal counsels in their day-to-day work, including:

  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations
  • Handling correspondence and filing documents

Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on a variety of international and country-specific legal topics, with a focus on:

  • Technology law, including artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital platforms
  • Intellectual property law, including trade secrets
  • Contract law, including drafting and reviewing agreements, with the possibility to participate in negotiations with Nokia suppliers

Data Management:

  • Search for, combine, and summarize data from various sources, including legal databases, industry reports, and internal documents.
  • Analyze and synthesize legal information to create concise and informative reports and summaries.

EU Single Digital Market Expertise:

  • AI, data, digital services, and platform regulation
  • Data protection and privacy
  • Competition law and antitrust

Drafting and Negotiation: Participate in the drafting and negotiation of legal documents, including:

  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
  • SaaS agreements
  • Licensing agreements
  • Other relevant legal documents
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Currently pursuing a law degree or equivalent qualification, at least 2 years of full studies completed
  • Demonstrated interest in technology law, intellectual property, and contract law
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with proficiency in legal research databases and tools
  • Experience in legal research and writing Experience with drafting and negotiating legal documents
  • Interest in the technology industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ideal candidate also speaking at least one other language
