Job Description
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
Support senior product manager in executing integrated marketing activities for both Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) & consumers (HCCs):
- Coordinate with cross-function team (DDnA) to deploy consumer disease education campaigns (digital & POSMs development)
- Work with sale & peers to execute events & digital activities to engage with HCPs/HCCs
- Marketing materials preparation which including unbranded & branded materials
- A&P, D&S and KPI management for in-charged marketing activities
- Brand performance data tracking & analysis
- Learn marketing skillset: market understanding, product training; strategy thinking
- To learn and master all our company policies & SOP to ensure compliance
Desired Experience/Education:
- University graduate in Pharmacy or Medicine or commercial (i.e Marketing, Business Administration...)
- 1–2 years marketing experiences in MKT or sale position, preferred for experiences in pharmaceutical company or FMCG company
Functional Competencies Required:
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, can-do attitude & willingness to learn
- English fluency
- Strong communication skill internally and externally
- Effective MS Office skills
- Experience and qualifications in marketing through a degree program, internship, or a previous job
