Required Qualifications (RQs)

  • , Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Several years (ideally 8+) ofexperiencein sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Full proficiency in Excel including Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI is crucial
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • , Organizational Design, or related field, or related field.

  • You willprovideBusiness insights that accelerate Performance across Solution Areas and support the RoB (Rhythm of Business).Provide
  • You will modernize Sales Operations by driving adoption of the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) services and promoting its adoption andutilizationthroughout the organization. Lead standardization of processes and adoption of tools to enhance sales productivity and accelerate transformation.
  • You will landquota andnon-financial metricsdistribution that maximizes business performance. Utilize data-driven insights toidentifytrends, track sales performance, and provide recommendations for improving sales productivity and revenue growth. Leverage outsources Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) services andresolve
  • You will managethe annuityplanning & management process for UK Enterprise working with field sales teams,financeand sales excellence. This includes budget/quota baseline reviews, pipeline management& launching strategic initiatives to lead UK businesswith world class annuity management processes.
