You will report directly to Regional Business Manager HBS LATAM, and you’ll work based on Nuevo Leon and with customer located in all Country.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role and key accounts.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience in Building Solutions and Projects (Security, Safety, Energy Management and integration software).
Knowledge on Building Global Certifications as LEED, Green Building and Systems Regulations as NFPA.
