What You'll Do

  1. Drive partnerships and sales of the Uber for Business platform, services, and solutions to target prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizations
  2. Prepare a go-to-market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct detailed follow-ups to close deals
  3. Implement and launch Uber for Business with clients and ensure strong and consistent ridership
  4. Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities
  5. Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets (quota carrying role)
  6. Plan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis
  7. Probe for objections, remove obstacles and eliminate barriers
  8. Maintain the customer relationship and grow the business
  9. Work with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature rollouts
  10. Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best-practice sharing, etc.
  11. Build documents like process playbooks, performance trackers, etc.
  12. Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to advance sales opportunities

What You'll Need

  1. 5+ years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing in a technology environment within the local KSA market
  2. 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
  3. Bachelor's degree
  4. Arabic and English language proficiency
