Your Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and configure Sprinklr platform settings to align with the organization’s social media goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Sprinklr features and functionalities and recommend updates to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze social media data using Sprinklr analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards to measure the performance of social media campaigns and activities.
- Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns using Sprinklr tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and engage with the online community through Sprinklr’s listening and response features.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to integrate social media strategies into overall business initiatives.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on using Sprinklr effectively.
