Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage Outlook calendar and travel management (often with shifting priorities and deadlines)
Organize and manage offsite events
Work with and support multiple stakeholders, often independently
Manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly

Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 7-9 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, and SharePoint.
Experience in booking domestic/international travel in accordance with Intel® Executive travel guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday.
Experience with finance organization and cycles
