Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Outlook calendar and travel management (often with shifting priorities and deadlines)

  • Organize and manage offsite events

  • Work with and support multiple stakeholders, often independently

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly

This position is not eligible for Intel® immigration sponsorship. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 7-9 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience working with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, and SharePoint.

  • Experience in booking domestic/international travel in accordance with Intel® Executive travel guidance.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday.

  • Experience with finance organization and cycles
