Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years in internal and external communications with global brands within a multi-channel environment.
  • 10+ years building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and management experience across multiple operational and creative functions within a global organization.
  • Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects, delivering on key metrics to drive impact for the company.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting in an ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations, as well as build and maintain positive working relationships with people in different disciples and at different levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced, and time-critical environment.
  • Comfortable with high volumes of information and quickly breaking down what action needs to be taken. Exceptional project leadership skills delivering high-quality results on tight deadlines.
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and developing diverse teams. An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $255,400 and $408,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
