Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management : oversee in partnership with Finance and Marketing the budget and ensure investments are allocated effectively

  • ROI models: partner with CFO office on development of financial models to assess the financial performance of projects and investments

  • Investment governance: create and execute governance for quarterly and monthly investment reviews

  • Performance/ ROI Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, an areas of improvement to increase return on investment for Consumer and Marketing initiatives

  • Effectiveness framework: Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns (Media Mixed Model, Multitouch Attribution, A/B test)

  • Business insights: present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience, including several years of roles overseeing ROI/effectiveness initiatives

  • Proven experience in driving large-scale measurement programs and managing complex change initiatives within a corporate environment

  • Proven experience in Marketing Mix Models, Multitouch Attribution, Last touch attribution to measure end to end campaigns

  • Passion for staying on the cutting edge of marketing and tech capabilities that deliver real-time insights for investment optimization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, drive data-driven decision-making and connect efforts with broader business objectives and strategic priorities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and align diverse groups across theorganization.

  • Experience in financial services / payment industry is a plus
