In this role, you will…
As a Sr. Sales Effectiveness Specialist, you will
1. Sales Performance & Process Optimization
  • Develop and implement sales effectiveness performance metrics, KPIs and dashboards to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales KPIs, performance metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support territory mapping, targets , and benchmarking to optimize sales coverage.
2. Sales Incentives & Compensation Support
  • Assist in designing and optimizing sales incentive programs to drive high performance.
  • Ensure transparency and visibility in incentive calculations and payouts.
  • Support the development of "What-If" calculators to help sales teams forecast earnings and target achievements.
4. Process Improvement & Analysis
  • Work with local Sales, Sales Effectiveness/Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Provide insights on sales pipeline, sales effectiveness (targeting, coverage, effectiveness etc), and engagement .
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Leadership teams, Sales Effectiveness, and Finance to align sales strategies with business objectives.
In this role, you’ll need …
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales operations, sales effectiveness or business performance.
  • Analytical Competencies: Strong ability to analyze KPIs, sales data and performance trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (eg. Salesforce.com), analytical tools, PWBI, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Communication: Strong ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, sales effectiveness, local teams)
  • Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English and business Mandarin is preferred.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Ability to adapt to changing environments with an entrepreneurial outlook, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
