As a Business Effectiveness Manager, you will
1. Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Develop and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track business and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze productivity, revenue, and operational efficiency data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking to enhance performance strategies.
2. Process Improvement & Strategy
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business operations and propose data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and local sales effectiveness teams to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.
- Communicate to markets about the opportunities and gaps and improvements
3. Sales & Incentive Effectiveness
- Evaluate and refine incentive programs to align with business goals, achievements and motivate sales teams.
- Develop "What-If" scenario models for sales teams to forecast potential earnings and target achievements.
- Ensure transparency and visibility in sales performance data and payout calculations.
4. AI & Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance performance tracking and reporting.
- Partner with global AI teams to implement AI-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
- Contribute to machine learning developments and insights-driven decision-making.
