AS A MANAGER OF HR OPS PROGRAMS AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Lead and manage a team of HR program and project managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the achievement of organizational goals with a strong focus on strategy, implementation, and delegation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR operational needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR process and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive framework to measure program effectiveness, including KPIs and qualitative feedback, driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Optimize existing programs, including but not limited to Snowflake’s Employee Referral Program and New Hire Orientation Program.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress.
OUR IDEAL MANAGER OF HR OPS PROGRAMS, WILL HAVE:
  • 5+ years of program management experience, with 3+ years in a management role, demonstrating a proven ability to build and scale successful global programs while improving existing processes.
  • Strong understanding of all HR functions with a background in HR Operations and Recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of the HR technology landscape.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage and influence various stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring the successful adoption of HR programs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $139,000 - $194,200.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
