Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the relationships and performance of multiple vendors and several workstreams.
  • Work with suppliers who provide numerous services and products to the organization. Ensures they meet the quality standards, deadlines, and contractual obligations, and that they comply with the organizational policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and prioritize the workload of the vendors across different teams, motions, and markets, based on the urgency, complexity, and importance of the tasks, customers, and projects. Communicate clearly and regularly with the vendors and the internal stakeholders to align the expectations and objectives, and to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Evangelize highly complex programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in.
  • Identify the blockers, opportunities, and efficiencies that affect overall performance, and deliver constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement across products, programs, and processes.
  • Partner with the Account Services Leadership Community to ensure strong partnership across regions and account teams, balancing operational excellence standards with innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization, such as the Sales RVPs, M1s, AMs and Tech Support, who are involved in or affected by the vendor and supplier activities. Meet with them regularly, nurture and develop relationships, and ensure that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Manage ~$5M annual budget - Estimate and track the budget and cost of the vendor and supplier activities, ensuring the org remains within budget while maximizing resources.
  • Create and document the business workflows and processes for the workstreams supported, from the identification of the needs and requirements to the execution and evaluation of the plan. Ensure that the workflows and processes are clear, efficient, consistent, and compliant and that they follow the best practices and standards of the organization
  • Identify and assess the potential risks and opportunities that may affect the team, such as new features, policy changes, etc. Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans for potential risks.
