What you'll do

• Maintenance and Updates of information material for various target audiences in different formats like PowerPoint or Word or Blog articles
• Consult on SAP One (intranet portal) page templates, content quality, user-centricity and best practices
• Support quality initiatives
• Project support in relation to change management and communications planning (What, When, How, to which audience?)
• Manage the SAP One Professional Community
• Success measurement and reporting

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: studies related to communication or similar
• Computer skills: Good MS Office applications skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Language skills: Very good verbal and written English and German
• Hands-on mentality with a positive can-do-attitude
• Interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization
• Proactive driver of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Strong team spirit and interest in and some talent for communication tasks
