Minimum qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager (CSM) or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience accelerating product adoption and business growth.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in a SaaS/IaaS/PaaS company or consumption driven business.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based technology company.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to drive multiple, simultaneous programmes to a successful outcome.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from customer data and to adapt the customer success strategy based upon these insights.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with compelling messages to technology and business audiences.
